These Terms of Service govern your use of the SHASHA FOODS PK platform — website and mobile application. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SHASHA FOODS PK website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Prices displayed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept cash on delivery and online payment methods as listed at checkout. A confirmed order constitutes a binding agreement between you and SHASHA FOODS PK.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance, order volume, and traffic conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, road closures, etc.). Delivery is available within our operational zones in Lahore. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel an order only while its status is "Pending" or "Confirmed." Once preparation has begun, cancellations are not accepted. If you receive an incorrect or defective order, contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Eligible refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit at our discretion.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. SHASHA FOODS PK will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@shashafoods.com.pk if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: place fraudulent orders, abuse promotional or promo code systems, submit false reviews, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or harass or threaten our staff or delivery personnel. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including the SHASHA FOODS PK name, logo, menu photography, and software — is owned by SHASHA FOODS PK or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHASHA FOODS PK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
