3. Order Data
All order details — items, prices, delivery address, and payment method type — are stored securely to allow you to track orders, request refunds, and re-order easily. Order records are retained for up to 3 years for legal and audit purposes.
4. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences (e.g. dark mode, cart contents) and to understand how visitors use the site. SHASHA FOODS PK is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below and notify registered users via email for material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
